Job description
We are looking to hire junior Administrative Assistants who will work alongside the Vice President. The Administrative Assignments Manager will work directly with the Vice President and manage the duties of a middle-level executive assistant, such as scheduling personal appointments and conducting research for business and client inquiries. The job is primarily administrative, but also requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Use a computer to enter and format data.
- Use spreadsheets to create or sort data.
- Use a cell phone to make and respond to calls.
- Use Internet search tools and social media platforms.
- Inventory office supplies using a spreadsheet.
- Assist co-workers with routine tasks like filing and photocopying documents.
- Maintain physical files of projects that involve a variety of resources.
- Handle administrative duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
