Against All Odds YFS/ICC is a small business in Youth and Adult Life Skill Development field. We are actively seeking professional, customer-centric, collaborative and self-motivated individuals with skill set to utilize best practices and focus on person-centered goals & needs! Potential Skill Building Specialist must be able to work with youth or transitional living clients.

Appropriate professional boundaries with clients & staff within or outside agencies is required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service.

Available shifts at this time:

Overnight - Wed - Sat 11pm to 9am - Queen Creek

Swing-Shift Full-Time Sun - Wed 1pm to 11pm - Queen Creek

Part-Time Sat & Sun 7am to 3pm - Queen Creek

If you are currently enrolled in school. School work can be worked on during the Awake Overnight Shift.

Overnight - Full-Time Sun - Wed 10:30pm to 8:30am San Tan Valley

Day - Full-Time Sun - Th 2:30 to 10:30pm

Day -Full-Time Tue - Sat 2:30pm to 10:30pm

If you are currently enrolled in school. School work can be worked on during the Awake Overnight Shift.

Paid Time Off

For full time employees after successfully completing probation per policy.

Skill Building Specialist must be able to meet the minimum state requirements which includes but is not limited to: One year of experience of working with youth or related field and at least 21 years of age or older, Valid Arizona Driver's License and 60 month Driving History Report. A Physical Health report and a current CPR/First Aid Card

Skill Building Specialist must be able to pass PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS and OBTAIN AN ARIZONA D.P.S CLASS 1 CLEARANCE CARD.

Essential Job Functions:

• Role model the expected behavior per policy
• Interactive supervision
• Maintain the health, safety and welfare of both client and staff
• Follow the daily schedule
• Complete daily documentation as specified
• House must be kept clean at all times
• Transporting clients in authorized agency vehicles only
• Maintain all company and state required training's and certifications
• Other duties may be assigned by House Manager or designee
