We are looking for a passionate HR executive to provide strategic direction and oversight of organizational development, HRIS and a subset of talent management departments. As a trusted partner, you thrive by continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and transform how we work and HR technologies. You will collaborate with business lines to develop new strategies. Develop compelling business cases for change and translate business strategies into specific executable projects. Optimize resources and communicate with all members. You need to be networked and demonstrate ongoing awareness of industry trends and leading practices. You will report to the SVP, Human Resources.

Design and direct the execution of organizational development strategies to propel the business.

Translate business strategies into specific actionable projects.

Engages with business lines to understand and optimize HR technology solutions.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience to include leadership in organizational development and HRIS
