We are looking for a seasoned Client Executive / Management Consultant who is passionate about building innovative solutions to help our Financial Services clients address their business transformation related challenges. We hope you have a Banking background and can showcase yourself as a thought leader with our c-level FS partners. This Executive will oversee engagements with Truist, Wells Fargo, and Ally Financial.
Financial Services at North Highland covers three main sectors:
  • Banking: Truist, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Ally Financial, PNC, US Bank.
  • Wealth / Asset Management: LPL, Edward Jones, TIAA, etc.
  • Payments: Visa, Fiserv, TSYS, Western Union, etc.

You’ll be responsible for the acquisition and development of target accounts and the overall relationship of assigned account(s), including account growth, quality of delivery, client satisfaction, risk management, profitability, and client team effectiveness. Must be able to have a partnership model and look at things from a solution standpoint and be creative when it comes to developing & selling solutions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Draw on your own unique perspectives, personality, and creativity to think big about our clients’ challenges and develop creative solutions.
  • Impact North Highland’s bottom line by building and leveraging client and team relationships that fuel growth.
  • Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through North Highland’s holistic approach to consulting. Become an expert in our full range of capabilities: Strategy, Technology, People & Change, Experience Design, Process and Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, Program and Project Management
  • Successfully managing multiple and/or complex projects at one or more clients through hands on delivery
  • Developing partnership relationships with the client's executive level personnel
  • Drive new account acquisition through developing and implementing target account strategies
  • Manage client investments and portfolio of projects to meet or exceed margin forecasts
  • Develop professional network through association memberships, speaking and writing engagements and community activities
WHAT WE HOPE YOU HAVE:
  • 10+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience
  • Experience in expanding business opportunities within existing accounts and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients
  • Experience in at least one of North Highland’s areas of expertise, e.g., Change Management, Program Management, Data & Analytics, Process, Strategy, etc.
  • Experience assuring quality completion of deliverables
  • Ability to lead and participating in account strategy and execution
