Job description
We have an immediate opening for a level 2 Audio Visual Technician in the Palo Alto area. This position will be full-time, temp to hire. You will be responsible for video conference systems, all types of Audio Video equipment, as well as WebEx and Zoom. You need to be able to perform well under pressure, and provide excellent customer service on a high performing team.
Responsibiities include:
- Supporting the resolution of Incidents raised through the ticketing process
- Ensuring the resolution of tickets meet our defined SLA & KPI targets
- Providing quality customer service
- Supporting Management
- Supporting the configuration of standard AV components and systems
Job requirements:
- 2-3 years of AV experience
- Experience with Shure Microflex, Cisco video conferencing, and AV-over-Ip systems
- Providing quality customer service
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
