The Store Manager is the key component of running a successful shop. They are responsible for everything that happens within their four walls.

The Perfect Candidate should:

• Have working knowledge of cars with the ability to aid and train technicians with repairs as needed.
• Build repair estimates based on technician’s recommendations
• Present options to the customer, overcoming objections as needed
• Ensure technicians are following all inspection & safety procedures
• Do whatever it takes to say “yes” to every customer
• Sourcing required parts for repair orders
• Managing technician training and development
• Mindset for success

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
