Family owned and operated, Volvo Cars Gilbert seeks an experienced Automotive Technician. We are looking for individuals who are driven and motivated (we offer paid training and increases for training completed)! Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles

• Engine & transmission rebuilding

• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance

• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs

• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments

• Follows recommended service procedures, utilizing Service Manuals, Computer Diagnostic systems, Technical Service Bulletins, and Technical Support to "Fix It Right The 1st Time"

• Attend paid training as necessary to increase quality and efficiency

Automotive Technician Qualifications:

• 3+ years previous experience as an automotive technician in shop environment

• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Professional appearance and personality, positive attitude, a strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach, good verbal and written communication skills, technology-minded, commitment to learn, train and work as a team to achieve desired results.
