What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced candidate, for our Scranton Dodge Dealership, with a proven track record in the automotive industry, an impeccable reputation, and a commitment to customer service at the highest level.

Annual Salary: $75,000- $100,000 +++

Essential Duties:

• Oversee and manage the production of the Service Department
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department
• Manages team of technicians through scheduling and dispatching work
• Communicates effectively with team for time allowances on each repair order
• Understands and ensures compliance with the manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with the factory representatives
• Maintains high quality repairs and minimizes comebacks
• Ensure proper processing of ROs that include warranty and third-party payments
• Perform daily service accounting functions
• Upholds the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from the customer by handling complaints immediately and according to dealership policy
• Establishes good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service staff
• Build a strong and successful team
• Encourage technicians to grow their skills through training

Experience Preferences:

• Previous automotive experience required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and management experience.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Possess strong communication skills
• Strong employee management skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Submit to pre-employment background screenings
