Family owned and operated automotive group is seeking an ExperiencedService Advisor to join our team with openings at Subaru Superstore of Chandler . If you are looking for an opportunity and/or desire to work for an award-winning company with tremendous integrity, then look no further!
Compensation: $40,000 - $120,000 annually
Service Advisor / Service Writer Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and effective service
- Perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up
- Sell and up sell services by emphasizing value
- Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Know the product to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle
Service Advisor / Service Writer Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Service Advisor experience in dealership environment REQUIRED
- Prior experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and CDK database systems is preferred
- Proficient computer skills (Including Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
- Must possess a clean driving record, pass an extensive personal background check, and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
