Sales Manager

Manage the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

DESKING DEALS

T/O ALL DEALS AND CLOSE DEALS (STRONG CLOSING SKILLS)

CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP

Ensure sales goals are attained

Manage daily activity of the sales staff

Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers

Address and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications

· Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required

· Minimum 3 year

· Must have a proven track record

· Strong communication and customer engagement skills

· Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• Automotive Sales: 3 years (Required)
