The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for an Internet Sales BDC Representative that is a self-starter to join our team Palatine Subaru Team!
Internet Sales Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for full time, motivated, outgoing, team driven professionals to join our Business Development Center at our Subaru store located in Palatine. BDC Appointment coordinators work with new and existing customers to schedule appointments, confirm, and remind of sales appointments for new and existing customers. Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills.
Primary responsibilities and requirements:
Sales BDC Associates are responsible to handle inbound and outbound appointment calls, emails, and texts for all dealerships. Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems.
Requirements:
- Handing incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and texts
- Great computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Positive attitude and serious work ethic
- Strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to create and maintain customer relationships

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
