Hatfield Buick GMC is now accepting applications for a full-time Porter. This position is Monday - Friday, at least 8 hours a day, with benefits. It’s an exciting opportunity to be involved in a well-established work environment. Candidates must have great communication skills, represent Hatfield Buick GMC in a positive manner at all times and a have positive attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Transport customers to and from their home when needed and requested
• Move vehicles safely around the dealership
• Wash and detail vehicles
• Help maintain dealership cleanliness including windows, floors, etc.
• Help maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway, sidewalks, removing debris, etc.
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have valid California driver license and clean driving record
• Be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Physically demanding job with regular lifting throughout each day
• Ability to work outdoors
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Must be a good team player
• Must provide driving records and be willing to submit to a drug test and background check upon being hired

The Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wage include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.50 and $16.50.
