Automotive Deal Clerk

Falcone Automotive is seeking a Deal Clerk to join our growing team. We are looking for a well-versed candidate who has prior dealership experience and should be knowledgeable in Reynolds and Reynolds. The Deal Clerk is responsible for processing all customer sales transactions and the related paperwork. This position requires a team player who is motivated and eager to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Receipt deal and electronic funding
• Break down and book new, used and wholesale deals
• Make payoffs on trade-ins as necessary
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Work alongside the administrative team

Preferred skills

• Reynolds and Reynolds experience
• Billing and accounting
• Stock in used vehicle purchases outside of deals
• Strong computer proficiency
• Organized

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on a deadline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
