As a Customer Service Representative at our State of the Art Centralized Herb Chambers Service BDC you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment settings for our service customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling, a “GO GETTER" and a professional well-spoken candidate. If you have experience in customer service, call center work, telemarketing or retail then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outgoing calls, and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.
  • Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of service visits.
  • Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.
  • Ongoing training on basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.
  • Perform courtesy calls informing guests of maintenance due via telematics systems and/or reminding them of recalls for their vehicle.
