JOB DESCRIPTION
A Counter Sales position is the front-line sales positions for the Keystone Auto Group organization. We are looking for energized personalities with outstanding communication skills. Planning for your success; Keystone Auto Group coaches all Counter persons with multiple training opportunities and other tools to ensure that they are providing the best service to our customers.
Parts Counter Person Responsibilities:
- Able to us electronic parts catalogs to look up parts for customers
- Able to use outside vendors ordering systems to allocate out-of-stock parts
- Communicate with dispatch and drivers to help facilitate deliveries
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Quickly answer phone calls and accurately quote customers
- Ability to Multitask and Operate Computer Cash Systems
- Notify Manager of any Problems with Customers
- Help Train Less Experienced Team Members.
- Handle Yourself as a Professional and Set an Example
- Outstanding Communication with Customer Service Follow-Up
Parts Counter Person Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior auto parts sales experience a PLUS but not necessary
- Be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Starting salary $15.00 to $32.00 per hour
