Prospect Airport Services at the Austin International Airport (AUS) wants you!

Duties:

As a Baggage Service Agent, you will regularly assist passengers with delayed or misplaced luggage. Baggage Service Agents aid airline passengers with delayed baggage all across the world. This position require mid level computer and conflict resolution skill. On a daily basis BSA’s will search and communicate with airports across the world on behalf of airline passengers in regards to their delayed luggage.

This job requires candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, regular computer work and problem solving. We are seeking candidates who have a high level customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible for hire in the U.S

• Customer service skills

• Maintain professional appearance

• Mid-level computer skills & problem solving

• Applicants must have 2 valid forms of ID

• Must be able to pass 10 year background check

• Applicants must be able to perform physical requirements including lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.

• Dependable, self motivated and responsible

• Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including early mornings, and weekends if needed
