Key Role:

Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. Establish, test, operate and maintain audio equipment to meet individual and en masse communication requirements for the business. Develop or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with being a studio audio technician for live and recorded broadcasts.

  • Knowledge of Yamaha audio boards, studio audio mics and all aspects of studio audio settings, adjustments, and operations

  • Ability to work with a studio team that includes a director, video technician, teleprompter technician, client Producer and on camera presenters and speakers

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to support different studio equipment

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $72,900 - $149,500 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $76,700 - $178,000 (annualized USD)
