RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage vehicle flow in the Service Drive, Service Shop, Car Wash and within the Auto Dealer parking lot

  Work with the Service Advisors to complete tasks such as delivering vehicles to Technician stalls, staging completed vehicles, assisting in the Car Wash, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties

  Ensure customer vehicles are clean and ready for return after service department repairs

  Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed

  Service customer needs with a positive attitude

  Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Outgoing with a friendly personality

• Have quality customer service skills

• Possess strong communication skills

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

• Reliability

• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license

• Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screen prior to employment
