Attorney Support Staff -

Job Purpose:

Attorney Support Staff members are responsible for answering phones, importing legal documents and securing them within the company archival system, and filing court documents electronically with multiple court venues.

Duties:

1. Maintains daily availability to answer and return phone messages promptly, while presenting a positive and professional image to visiting and telephone parties.

2. Reviews important incoming litigation materials including but not limited to medical records, pleadings, filings and correspondence used by counsel for the case-in-chief. Materials are to be organized electronically and made accessible for review.

3. Serves in a back-up capacity for other administrative team members and handles overflow data entry and word processing.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Read, write and speak English proficiently.

Basic Apple computer skills and knowledge.

Must be 18 years or older.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
