Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $110K+

Experience you will need:
- Experience in estate and trust planning, real estate, business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong legal skills, including the ability to analyze complex legal issues, write legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those related to insurance policies, claims, and litigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Position Summary:
- Plan, administer estates and trusts, real property and business transactions, business succession planning and mergers and acquisitions for small to midsize businesses.
- Compensation: For an Associate, about $100k on the low end and could be as high as $110k, $120k even depending on their experience.
- If someone is coming in as a lateral partner, they get 10% origination for cases they originate plus 30% - 40% of their collections. So they can make 50% of what they collect here, or more if they originate work that goes to other attorneys.
For example, Partner hourly rate $375
x 120 hours per month billed and collected = $540,000 annually gross collections = $162,000 up to $270,000 annual compensation
x 150 hours per month = $675,000 annual gross collections = $202,000 up to $337,000 annual compensation.
