Role:

ELGA's ATM/ITM environment continues to expand and provides a valuable service and transaction link to our membership. This position is responsible for managing ELGA's ATM's ITM's environment to enhance reliability and availability, act as a vendor liaison between ELGA and the various vendors supplying these services, stay abreast of and / or suggest changes and enhancements to ELGA's ATM, ITM environment, develop and create metrics on the various costs and benefits of the monitored environment(s), and assist in deploying, troubleshooting, administering and updating ELGA's ATM, ITM footprint.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will be to provide support for ELGA's ATM/ITM environment. This includes initial machine placement to best serve members needs and traffic/usage patterns. Other responsibilities include the initial machine configuration, purchasing, arranging for delivery and setup / configuration. Understanding the workings of the units to the level of being able to assist in troubleshooting various machine and/or balancing issues and reviewing vendor remediation charges to determine appropriateness. Other key responsibilities include identifying areas of improvement including, but not limited to, marketing opportunities, cash management and availability, training first line support, expanding feature sets and availability, and developing metrics to support placement, denomination availability and any other areas of improvement.

Responsibilities also include but are not limited to keeping the patch level of the ATM/ITM fleet up to the current acceptable patch level and working with various vendors to troubleshoot issues to remediation.

Performance Measurements:

1.

To meet established expectations of ELGA's Core Factors including but not limited to Accountability, Attitude, Communication, Competence, Continuous Improvement & Innovation and Relationship Building.

2.

To keep ELGA's ATM / ITM fleet up to the latest acceptable release and patch level and ensure that the fleet is well maintained and functioning within agreed upon and acceptable parameters.

3.

To identify and assist in the remediation of any machine that is operating outside acceptable parameters. This may include troubleshooting an issue directly and / or working with appropriate vendor(s) to determine the necessary remediation path.

4.

To identify any billing service inconsistencies and work with the necessary parties to ensure any discrepancies are identified and adjusted to the satisfaction of all parties. To work with front-line staff to identify training opportunities for first-line maintenance or general maintenance of the fleet.

5.

Identify and justify new or existing machine purchasing and placement to best serve existing members or expand into a new placement area based on the membership ATM/ITM needs and/or traffic and usage patterns.

6.

Understand the workings of the units to the level of being able to assist in the troubleshooting of various machines and/or balancing issues.

7.

Identify areas of improvement such as marketing opportunities, cash management and availability, training front-line support, expansion of features sets and availability and developing metrics to support machine placement, denomination availability and any other areas of improvement.

8.

Keep detailed records of individual machine life cycles including maintenance calls, software releases and updates, repeated service calls for the same issue, issues which result in damage, security or fraud or any other information that may be necessary to document insurance or repair claim(s), or justify a maintenance claim.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience

One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Education

Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).

Interpersonal Skills

Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.

Other Skills

Proficient in the use of MS suite of software (Excel and Word).
Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to think critically and comprehend and document issues and gather beneficial information to assist in expediting problem resolution.
