OVERVIEW
As an essential member of the sports medicine team, you'll oversee the athlete's prevention, care, and rehabilitation during practice and competition.
Additional responsibilities include:
Orthopedic assessments and documentation- Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
- Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.
- Field and venue setup

- Work effectively with local physical therapy and physician teams to ensure an athlete's safe return to sports
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Connect with athletes and parents respectfully and positively
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
- Maintain strong professional relationships with school athletic directors, physicians, PT Solutions clinicians, and more

EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, Master's Degree preferred
- State licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Exceptional communication and coachability preferred
- BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC
