Front Desk Associate at Sunset Athletic Club/77Fitness

Our Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for our members. This part-time position is approximately 30 hours per week: Monday 2pm - 10pm, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm and Saturday 1pm - 8pm. Additional hours would be available depending on applicants availability.

Sunset Athletic Club; a locally owned and managed multi sport family friendly facility is looking for a Front Desk Associate to greet and assist our members. The position is the first point of contact and will manage many aspects of their experience in our Club. If you have a knack for customer service, enjoy working with people, we’d like to meet you.

Compensation between $15.00 and $16.00 depending on experience. Additional opportunities to increase this hourly rate depending on you!

.Responsibilities include:

• exceptional customer service as members check in and inquire about programs, and amenities
• constant member interaction
• promoting club policies and procedures.
• When needed, some light laundry and locker room assistance.
• multi -line phones skills
• cash handling

Applicants must be responsible and reliable (with references that can back it up); comfortable multi-tasking while maintaining a positive team spirit. Self motivated and can work both independently and with other team members.Must be 18 years old to apply.
