How will this role have an impact?

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate Associate Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. We expect Product Managers to ask "why" and dig deep to understand the user and product fully, own delivery of pre-defined product work, and be the champion of the product metrics. They will collaborate with cross-functional peers including engineers, user experience designers, and analysts to support execution of the product roadmap. This role will report to our Clinical Product Lead

What will you do?

• Communicate, both written and verbally, the needs of the user and the incremental value being delivered.
• Deliver defined work in the product backlog on time and with high quality.
• Define and execute on novel product work with help and coaching from more senior product managers.
• Define, track, and report out on metrics representing the value of the product.
• Develop success metrics to track impact and value of product releases and derive insights to inform backlog management.
• Interact with users to understand their workflows and participate in user research sessions to gather feedback.

We are looking for someone with:

• Innate curiosity, almost obsessively so, with a passion to share knowledge and challenge the status quo to uncover creative solutions.
• Acute focus on the user and ability to express the user's needs, wants and motivations.
• Skills to develop metrics and pull insights using data to explain trends and understand product usage.
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team to produce user value through product releases.
• Passion for transforming the US healthcare system and the way care is delivered and paid for with a wholehearted interest in diving into its complexity.
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of professional experience
• Healthcare experience, ACO population health experience a plus
