Associate, Marketing

APTMetrics® is looking for a Associate, Marketing to execute the day‐to‐day marketing efforts and initiatives. The primary focus is on brand awareness and prospect/lead generation targeting Fortune® 2000 enterprises.

DESCRIPTION

The Associate, Marketing is an integral part of the marketing team, working closely with creative resources in the Innovation group and the client acquisition personnel in the Business Development group. The role covers the full spectrum of product marketing: development of sales tools, tracking of market and competitive data, coordination of lead generation campaigns (e.g., webinars, trade shows, content syndication, etc.), social media messaging management, and contact nurturing email campaign creation and tracking via our CRM system.

The Associate, Marketing is expected to be an active contributor to our marketing strategy and tactics. Consequently, a successful candidate will initially invest a significant amount of time becoming very familiar with enterprise‐scale human resource / talent management operations support needs and how to effectively communicate with potential clients at all levels.

The Associate, Marketing position is a work‐from‐home role. APTMetrics® provides all necessary IT workstation equipment and subsidizes internet connectivity in order to create a flexible, highly productive environment.

Travel requirements consist of a once‐a‐year in‐person company meeting and monthly Marketing/Innovation team in‐person strategy/brainstorm days.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collateral design, development, and editing
• Website content creation and editing
• eMail campaign development and execution; results tracking
• Lead generation partners coordination/interface (e.g., webinars, content sponsorship)
• Trade show coordination and logistics management
• PowerPoint presentation “polishing” for brand consistency and visual impact
• Social media management; posting and tracking
• Competition database maintenance
• CRM statistics/analytics tracking & reporting
• Digital asset management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of related work experience (e.g., marketing coordinator, HR programs coordinator)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience copywriting and editing
• Detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly proficient with MS Office applications
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign software
• Familiar with using marketing tools in a CRM system (familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM a plus)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• WordPress‐based website content management experience
• Website SEO experience

Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience. APTMetrics® offers competitive salaries, exceptional health benefits, a 401K program, and a positive and healthy work experience. The annual base salary range for this position is $54,000 ‐ $66,000.
