The Associate Manager, eCommerce and Operations for BodyMark will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and contribute to BIC’s expanding skin creative category. As part of an exciting incubator-structured business within BIC, this role will support our product launch operations and go-to-market strategy including: eComm account responsibility, operations and logistics with customers and sellers, supply chain coordination, item setup and forecasting, inventory management and overall ecomm strategy execution. They will report to the Global Business Director, BodyMark and work closely with all cross-functional and regional partners in support of key internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, marketing, innovation, supply chain and global COE’s.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive ecommerce sales for the BodyMark business online – from item setup to execution and amplification
  • Lead forecasting inputs and updates in partnership with demand planning to ensure accuracy and stability within our eCommerce operations
  • Ensure stable levels of inventory and manage operational logistics with supply chain partners
  • Deliver sales reports with insights-driven actions to continually grow and scale business online
  • Partner with customer service, IT, and other internal, cross-functional teams to ensure the operational requirements are consistently met
  • Lead product setup and product maintenance online, including content updates and ensuring gold-star standards are met with online listings
  • Drive process improvements across cross-functional partners, supply chain, distribution partners and customers to evolve current processes for an ecommerce environment
  • Demonstrate leadership by staying abreast of performance results and industry trends and providing regular updates and recommendations regarding growth opportunities and process/product enhancements

What We’re Looking for In You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required (Preference for business, finance, economics, operations, eCommerce or other related field)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an e-Commerce role is required
  • Work experience with Amazon a must
  • Experience with consumer products company a plus
  • Baseline understanding of forecast management and supply chain logistics is a plus
  • Excellent project management/operational and process optimization skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a “start-up” type environment
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable and consistent in creative problem-solving skills
  • “Curious Collaborator” who can flex leadership style to build relationships
  • Desire to lead and shape vision at time of corporate transformation and help shape a refreshed culture
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement out of our Shelton, CT office (2 days in the office & 3 days working from home)
