Adams & Martin Group is currently working with a premier firm in the Bay Area looking for Associates for their Employment, Commercial, & Antitrust Litigation team. Located in the East Bay, with offices also in Southern California. This law firm serves individuals with representation on the Plaintiff-side.

Firm culture is progressive, with lots of tenure in the firm and a collaborative group of knowledgeable and kind approachable partners. Seeking a current California State Bar Member in good standing with the following:
  • Ideally 4 - 6 years experience. Consideration will be given to those with less experience.
  • Subject matter experience in either of the following: Whistleblower, Consumer Protection, PAGA, FEHA /DFEH, EEOC, Wage and Hour, Class Action, Antitrust, or Commercial Litigation
  • Excellent, professional judgment, communication, and organization.
  • Stellar writing, analytical, interpersonal skills that foster working relationships.
  • Salary range negotiable: $155,000 - $225,000.
This is a firm with excellent retention. Competitive market rate salaries and hybrid - work in office and work from home. Partners are highly regarded in their field.
