Job Objective:

The Associate e-Commerce Manager provides overall support to e-Commerce Manager and leads specific projects tied to developing Amazon and other Consumer e-Commerce sites to grow sales of the VELCRO® Brand Consumer Products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in management of Amazon accounts in NAM as needed, including: Amazon Advertising campaigns, A+ Content, customer review monitoring and reporting, and promotional opportunities (Lightning Deals, Bundles, etc.)
  • Prepares reports and analytics for Amazon accounts. Create bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on account performance; translate insights into dashboards, graphics, and summaries to share with management
  • Support global markets including Australia, Mexico, and Canada by supporting direct to consumer sales on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and eBay, monitor stock levels and create sales reporting
  • Align with supply chain team on demand planning; prepares and provides monthly forecasts
  • Support customer service and Accounts Receivables teams with chargeback investigations and Amazon compliance requests
  • Salsify: Assist with consumer PIM software. Work with product development and supply chain to ensure product data is complete and up-to-date. Create custom digital catalogs, automatic exports and channels as requested by users
  • Work with the sales team and e-Commerce manager to develop and support retail.com sites for customers
  • Provide deployment and coordination support of new content based on the needs of Amazon and other retail.com sites in global regions, including translation & localization.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’ s degree in a related field

· 3+ years’ experience managing an Amazon vendor or seller account

· Expert knowledge of Amazon landscape (Amazon SEO, FBA, AMS)

· Solid understanding of e-Commerce B2C systems

· Strong tactical knowledge and experience specializing and selling through Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central platforms

· Knowledge of content management systems (Salsify) (a plus)

· Knowledge and experience with WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics

· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as ability to understand and extract business KPIs for various presentation and reporting

· Propensity for analytical and detail-oriented thinking

· Excellent presentation skills

· Demonstrated ability to work in teams and to work cross functionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
