This role will enable Omnichannel marketing at scale in support of the US Integrated Marketing Organization (IMO). Responsible for developing and maintaining content and data processes that achieve personalized customer engagement, efficiency, and audit readiness objectives.

Major Accountabilities (may include but not limited to):
The successful candidate will drive our strategy, delivery, and management of orchestrated, customer-centric omnichannel engagement initiatives by engineering operational processes, audit strategies, universal content standards, in a clear, documented format. This is a transformational, highly visible role with significant potential for impact within the organization.
  • Content Governance Process Design & Optimization
  • Partner with Data, Marketing, and MarTech subject matter experts to create clear, customer-focused, compliant omnichannel process
  • In an Agile methodology, prioritize based on value to effort ratio, and execute within established organizational principles
  • Author playbooks, inclusive of content standards, roles, responsibilities, and process maps aligned to channels and audiences
  • Knowledge transfer new ways-of-working to training, and act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) through deployment, supporting adoption of new ways of working to establish steady state
  • Write Technical use cases to automate, integrate, and optimize User Experience (UX)
  • Transformational Change
  • Present opportunities, risks, and benefits to senior stakeholders succinctly
  • Ensure messaging alignment with the cross-divisional teams, operational, commercial, and Marketing Process, Policy, and Operational Excellence (MPPOE) training & change Management teams
  • Establish Rituals to Collect Feedback
  • Define & design an approach for collecting & managing feedback on the existing processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from to understand their current pain points
  • Prioritize problems to solve based on impact/effort
  • Identify optimizations to the processes by defining solutions to user feedback
  • Design sustainable, scalable solutions
  • Implement, test, and validate proposed solutions
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track success
  • Communication/Collaboration
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into themes that are easy to understand and recall
  • Develop presentations and quick reference guides
  • Manage guidance docs and related system instructions
  • Write/contribute to Working Practice Documents (WPDs)
  • Consult in Audits/Inquiries, whether internal or external
  • Project Management
  • Lead special projects or cross-functional work streams as necessary
  • Act as subject matter expert as needed to represent the department

This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $151,200 and $216,800 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Minimum Requirements

What will you bring to the role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing / Sales Operations, Advertising, Consulting, or similar
  • Compliance acumen for highly regulated industries, e.g., Pharmaceutical, Financial, Telecommunications
  • Working knowledge of Integrated MarTech, e.g., Aprimo, Salesforce, Veeva Systems, Adobe Experience Cloud, Drupal, and similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large and small groups
  • Demonstrate persistent follow through and ability to juggle shifting priorities with ease
  • Results-oriented ability to deliver under tight deadlines
