As our Associate Digital Marketing Analyst, you will synthesize digital marketing, paid digital advertising, ecommerce and user data into actionable insights that are used to help achieve key strategic business results. This will be done by ensuring the appropriate analytics infrastructure and measures are in place, tracking performance, conducting testing, and reporting on findings in a straight-forward, compelling way.

You Will...

• Identify the critical KPIs needed to measure the performance of digital activities (social, web, email, paid campaigns, SEO, etc.)
• Build a digital marketing analytics infrastructure to track and measure all critical KPIs.
• Develop easy-to-use dashboards, visual tools and reports from multiple disparate sources that provide a comprehensive view of key digital metrics and opportunities for performance improvement
• Ensure that Google Analytics is configured properly to track all key website events and consumer activities
• Develop and implement A/B and multi-variate testing for digital campaigns and website activities

What You Bring to the Team

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on analytical and performance measurement experience with digital channels such as Web, SEO, E-mail, Paid Digital Advertising and Social Media
• Strong proficiency with digital analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau, Data Studio and Google Analytics
• Experience in building digital marketing dashboards and end-to-end reporting to understand web engagement, digital campaign performance, customer journeys, e-commerce/digital shelf performance etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of complex data, draw conclusions, and present actionable insights in a clear, concise manner
• Experience setting-up and analyzing the results of A/B and multivariate testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to continue to learn and grow professionally
• Bachelor’s Degree in data science, statistics, business analytics or related field
