Zurich North America’s Associate Degree Apprenticeship Program

The first in our industry to be certified by the U.S. Department of Labor

Zurich is starting to accept resumes for our 2023 Associate Degree Apprenticeship Program located in Schaumburg, Illinois, Chicago, Atlanta, New York City, and Overland Park, Kansas. Roles will also be offered in select areas for our Crop Claims business in Kentucky, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Tennessee. The program is scheduled to start in August 2023, but don’t hesitate to apply now for early consideration.

Our innovative General Insurance and IT Apprenticeship Programs allows participants to simultaneously gain the education and the experience to launch a rewarding career in commercial insurance, information technology or cybersecurity.

Zurich’s initiative is to develop a new generation of workers to help the U.S. succeed in the 21st century economy.

The two-year program offered in:

- New York City, Atlanta, and Overland Park, KS combine targeted (NYC- Hybrid; Other locations- Online) coursework leading to an AAS in Business Management with a specialization in Risk Management and Insurance at the Borough of Manhattan Community College in New York, New York with relevant work rotations at Zurich's local offices.

The salary for this role is $43,700. This is the salary Zurich NA in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
