Qualifications:
They are looking for motivated self-starters with at least three (3) years of insurance defense experience who thrive in a fast-paced litigation setting, but who are searching for an opportunity that allows them the flexibility of a fully remote or hybrid work schedule. Reasonable billing hour requirements with a constant influx of work to make hitting goals consistently attainable. Florida Bar membership required. Only candidates who live within a reasonable travel distance from their Jacksonville office will be considered. Only candidates with previous insurance defense litigation experience will be considered. Previous experience in construction insurance defense or general third party insurance defense highly encouraged.

Compensation:
This position offers the right candidate a competitive base salary based off of experience, along with a commission structure and discretionary bonuses. It also provides great benefits.
