Assisted Living Resident Assistant
Hudson Elms is a 25 bed Assisted Living facility looking to hire Full/Part Time and PRN Resident Assistants for 8 hour shifts!
Full Time 11:00pm to 7:00am
Part Time 11:00pm to 7:00am
Part Time 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Full Time 7:00am to 3:00pm
Part Time 7:00am to 3:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ADL assistance to residents such as bathing, transferring, light grooming
- Provide IADL assistance to residents such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Communicate any changes in residents’ condition to charge nurse or Director of Nursing
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge of residents.
- Documenting tasks as assigned for residents
- Follow Policies and Procedures
Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred, but facility is willing to train!
