Stanford Adult Care Lodge is looking for a enthusiastic to manage one of our residential homes in Plainwell, MI. Stanford Adult Care Lodge is a 20 beds Assisted Living Facility located next to Borgess Pipps Hospital.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversees all residential care staff-related functions at the assigned house site.
Monitors and maintains employee scheduling and time worked.
Manages house site budget, petty cash fund, and resident funds.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of facility.
Works with the maintenance department to communicate all facility maintenance issues.
Oversees all administrative, clerical record-keeping, clinical record keeping, medication administration, transportation, and coordination of care duties at Stanford Adult Care Lodge.

Communicates with all internal and external clinical, medical, and regulatory services.
Attends all resident and residents family needs to make them comfortable at the facility.
On-call responsibilities, maybe shared with other qualified residential care staff.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Education & Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of college coursework in business, social sciene, or a related human service discipline strongly preferred.

2-3 years’ previous leadership experience working in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare-related field required.
1-2 years’ previous management or supervisory experience required.
Approved by state, federal and government entity to work in Assisted Living Facility.

Required to maintain industry-required training and TB screenings.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrates all core competencies related to MI, DD, Autism, etc.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language required.

Physical Job Requirements:

Ability to use office equipment.
Ability to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to speak, read and write the English language.

Supervisory / management: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
