Who we serve
Mount Prospect Academy’s community-based office in Rochester is a tight-knit group of professionals providing intensive services to at risk youth and their families in the community. Within the service model, the MPA team is able to work closely with families in their own environment, creating the best possibility for lasting impact. The MPA team is skilled in providing trauma-sensitive treatment and maintains a trauma-informed approach within all operations.

Job Description
The primary role of the Assistant Supervisor (AS) is to oversee and lead the Regional Permanency Team. The AS is responsible for maintaining the cultural values established by MPA’s Community Based Services among team members and in the treatment of clients and their families. The AS is to support quality control, regulatory compliance and contractual adherence through data mining and reporting and through regular contact with referring agencies. The AS will meet with certain faculty weekly to provide clinical supervision with the intention of supporting and promoting professional and programmatic growth and development with the aim of ensuring our high quality of care to the families that we serve. The AS will also have a clinical caseload which will be based on the needs of the office, but typically no more than 5.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human services or a related field, including direct experience working with children and families.
- Working towards NH Licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and insured transportation. Position requires satisfactory completion of background and other record(s) checks.
