Opportunity:

We are looking for Assistant Superintendents with some hands on experience to work on projects in the San Diego area. We have two offices located in Indian Wells and Carlsbad, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting Project Managers on various jobsites in an Assistant Superintendent role as well as some hands on experience to complete punch list items and should have a strong working knowledge of commercial construction methods, systems and trades.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include assisting with managing project teams with daily on-site duties and proactively resolving project issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
