ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER

Assistant Studio Manager should be able to deliver positive customer facing attributes and drive to help build our brand and bring us to the next level. Team members should feel inspired to enhance the four-wall experience, including strong guest engagement, maintaining a spotless facility, and focusing on informing all customers of the best membership opportunities.

ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER DAILY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the studio manager in achieving all primary and secondary Studio Key Performance Indicators: Total Studio Revenue, First Time Clients, First Time Client Conversion, Sales & Customer Satisfaction

· Be present for class check-ins

· Assist in preparing studio coordinators to pitch all leads’ first class

· Roleplay (Phone-In’s, Overcoming Objections, Member Issues, etc.) with Team

· Capture Daily In-Studio Content for Social Media Posts

· Respond to DMs, Engage w/ Commenters, Etc.

· Reach out to all Members Bi-weekly with:

o Credit Cards Expiring in Next 2 Weeks

o Account Balances

· Reach out to:

o Yesterday’s First Class No Shows Missed Sales

o Today and Tomorrow’s First Classes Booked

o Complete 100 Daily Contacts

o 80% SM; 20% Studio Coordinators

· Respond to leads as responses come through

· Assist with Processing Membership Cancellations and Membership Freezes

· Assist with Reengaging Cancelled Members Quarterly

· Coordinate Studio Coordinator scheduling and confirm Studio Coordinator Sub Requests

· Post “We’re Hiring” Social Posts and job postings (mostly indeed) if needed

· Project manage the business/neighborhood outreach initiative and Amplitude weekly projects

· Willingness to perform all other duties as assigned by Studio Manager

· Assist with Corporate team initiatives that interact with the Studio and require additional hands on deck

· Coordinate Cleaning Schedule

· Order collateral as needed

· Order Necessary Studio Supplies

· Open shipments and instruct SCs what to do with items

· Other projects as needed

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business management, Financial Management, or related field preferred or a combination education and relevant experience

· Confident in generating personal sales and training Studio Coordinators

· Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail

· Previous management or supervisory experience required

· Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

· Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit

· Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

· An affinity and passion for fitness

· Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

· Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public

· Proficiency with computers and Studio software

· Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
