Responsibilities
•
The Assistant Store Manager's primary responsibility is to achieve the Budgeted Net Sales for their respective store, provide an exceptional customer experience and embrace the brand positioning and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
•
Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Protect the assets of the store

Demonstrate high level of communication skills with Store Manager, Peers and store team

Take control of the day to day operations in the absence of the Store Manager
