Hello, Macy's Finish Line is looking for hard working, punctual, consistent, dedicated and reliable workers, to work as a Assistant Manager.

This position requires: serving customers in a professional manner, working together as a team with fellow coworkers, building connections with customers in order to satisfy their needs, being a reliable team member, and dedicating time to your job. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products
• Cross-sell products
• Ring out purchases at cash register
• Ensure sales floor is fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs or more

Skills:

*

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Work well with others in a team
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
