**NOW HIRING – ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER**
We are looking for dynamic employees for a new 260-unit affordable senior living community located in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas.
The ideal candidate will have a preferred experience of 1 year as Assistant Property Manager of mulit-family.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Manage Community in Absence of the Property Manager
Process applications for LIHTC and DHA voucher file Compliance
Assist Property Manager in Day-to-Day Operations
Collection and Posting of Monthly Rents
Recertifications of all Residents
Assist in Marketing of the Property
Troubleshooting Resident and Prospect Concerns
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Lease up bonuses and a $750.00 sign on bonus!!
