Qualifications:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- 1-3 Years of HVAC field experience
- Valid/Clean driver's license required
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Estimating projects and repairs of varying sizes and scope.
- Coordinates service resources, dispatches, and assigns team members to project.
- Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
- Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch HVAC Technicians
- Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
- Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports.
- Closely working with Customers, building & maintaining relationships.
