Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking Project Managers at all levels to lead their Industrial/Food & Beverage projects through completion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager will have overall construction responsibilities for a large ground-up Cold Storage/Food & Beverage Processing facility projects. The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing Cold Storage/IMP Exterior Wall and/or Food & Beverage Processing projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout project. A plus if the Project Manager has any of the following experience: ASRS Facility, Tilt Up Warehouse/Distribution Centers, Healthcare Facilities, Multifamily, &/or Food & Beverage Manufacturing.

Select Responsibilities:

• Completely review, coordinate, and implement the quality assurance program developed for the project
• Monitor project labor productivity and material quantity requirements
• Maintain project plans, communication, correspondence and subcontracts
• Review, coordinate and implement the safety measures and applicable company programs & OSHA standards
• Review project punch list and oversee completion of all project disciplines necessary to receive a certificate of occupancy
• Review the Building Specification to confirm material, subcontractor, and equipment criteria and identify potential project document conflict

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have recent experience building Cold Storage/IMP Exterior Wall and Food & Beverage Processing projects. Lead experience a plus but not required.
• ASRS Facility experience is a plus!
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
• Advanced verbal & written communication skills, ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suites, Procore, Bluebeam, and other similar construction software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
