Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager’s role is to assist with the planning, organization, and management of construction projects.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
• Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Track and report project progress
• Participate in the bid process to ensure scope coverage and competitive pricing
• Draft RFIs
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Construction knowledge
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and strong planning skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and allocate time to projects efficiently
• Requires occasional travel depending on project locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
