Orange City Schools is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Principal for Moreland Hills Elementary School. The contract year is 215 days. Orange Schools offers a competitive salary and fringe benefit package, including retirement pick-up. An initial two-year contract will be offered. Candidates must be available to begin employment for the 2023-2024 school year on August 1, 2023.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or higher with appropriate Administrative Licensure
- OTES 2.0 and OSCES Credentialed preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of the OTES 2.0, OPES 2.0, and OSCES rubrics and evaluation process
- Demonstrated academic leadership and organizational abilities in planning and implementing professional development
- Demonstrated abilities for fostering collaboration within professional learning communities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with parents, students and fellow staff members
- Successful experience in coordinating intervention strategies through the use of RTI and PBIS data analysis
