Central Penn College is seeking an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach for the upcoming season. Central Penn College is a member of the USCAA and Eastern States Athletic Conference that competes on a national level for small colleges. This position is committed to adhering to all rules and regulations of Central Penn College, the athletic department, and the USCAA. The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach with recruiting high school and transfer students for the basketball program and maintaining a healthy roster size. This role will also help coordinate with the planning of the program schedule, facilities, games, and events. This is a part time, seasonal position.
Qualified candidates must have:

• Previous college or high school coaching experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Previous college basketball playing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting student athletes is a plus, but not required.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
