Our Project Management Team is looking for an Assistant Manager of Product Data Excellence!
Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • As owner of all USA Commercial aspects of product data management, you will own long term operability and continuous improvement of the associated processes solution and tools. Including:
    • Identifying opportunities for product process improvements, build cross functional alignment, and drives execution of efficiencies.
    • Utilizing broad knowledge of Ocean Spray practices and systems to ensure product processes are aligned with business priorities.
    • Identifying gaps in process / people responsibilities and champion ownership and accountability in roles across functions.
    • Optimizing internal product creation processes for efficiency and accuracy as it relates to material requests, data sync, graphics, ecommerce syndication in systems.
    • Continual improvement to reduce time to market by decreasing manual/repetitive tasks by improving processes and enabling an enhanced system/workflow.
  • You will be the USA ‘go-to’ resource for all process users, including updating, creating, internal coordination and delivering super user training.
  • You will participate in the Product Domain Operating Committee as the lead data steward
  • You will work closely with Tech Product Partner to ensure appropriate systems and lead all system additions/changes/modifications performed by Tech, to include verification that the work was completed and communicating the change to users.
  • Will act as the International and Ingredient helpdesk to address any issues that superusers are unable to resolve.
