Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible in conceptualizing and managing digital marketing and events ensuring strong social media presence across all digital platforms. Will carry out impact analytics and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategy

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the organization brand positioning in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences

  • Work towards promoting the organization as a most preferred Data Center & Cloud Services organization to the analysists, media and target customers through digital marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative revenue growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Manage outbound customer-facing communications across website and social channels
  • Conceptualize and organize events/webinars/engagement activities periodically for the potential clients / CIOs and assess impact
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, bringing insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, solutioning, engineering, delivery, and leadership
  • Define, measure and report the performance of all digital marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs including customer acquisition and retention
  • Work towards producing top-line results, with digital marketing efforts raising the brand awareness, recognition and loyalty leading to increased sales
  • Conceptualize, develop and place of the digital creative elements that position the company in the marketplace
  • Implementation of all Digital marketing initiatives, always ensuring the availability of a dynamic website, social media presence, e-mail marketing etc.
  • Ensure strong brand presence in campuses, among prospective talent, and key stake holders
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for digital marketing and organizing events

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)

  • Bachelor of Mass Communication and Journalism or Marketing or Engineering Graduates or equivalent

  • MBA-Marketing
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
  • About 10 Years of relevant experience in digital marketing

  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with ability to generate creative solutions to business and marketing objectives
  • Should be a result oriented with understanding of data center and cloud services such as Colocation, data center managed services, Azure/AWS/GCP, security center, cloud firewalls, cloud data storage, cloud storage, Kubernetes, cloud migration, and cloud consulting etc.
  • Proficiency in MS office and Marketing related applications
  • Competent in people leadership, communication and presentation skills
