Looking for a full time Assistant Manager for a brand new luxury apartment community, Slate at Merrimack Apartments.
The Assistant Manager, under the supervision of the Property Manager, is responsible for fully supporting the Property Manager and assuming responsibility for the property in the Property Manager’s absence.
Looking for a self motivator, team player, and organized person with great time management skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner
Ensuring all bank deposits are made daily and deposits are reported to corporate
Processing all late notices and insufficient funds check letters
Performing evictions, utility cut-offs and landlord liens as required on delinquent rents
Entering and submitting all purchase orders and invoices to corporate for payment
Accepting service requests from residents and route to maintenance team for prompt processing.
** 3 years Assistant Manager in property management required
**Excellent leasing skills
**Must be proficient in Office computer software including Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook
**OneSite Accounting software experience preferred
