Restore Hyper Wellness and Cryotherapy is looking for a passionate, team-oriented, experienced full time Assistant Manager for our location in Olathe, KS .
We are seeking a motivated, passionate experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team in creating and establishing this culture in our new market. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Screening, Interviewing, Hiring, and On-boarding a variety of team members for our location • Processing payroll and scheduling team members to ensure coverage during standard operating hours and off-site events • Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, and WOM event arrangement) • Organizing in and out of store events
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience
- Positive attitude
- Ability to lead and develop an effective team
- Ability to do external relationship building and attentive Listening and Direct Communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
