Assistant Executive Housekeeper

The Housekeeping department is the life blood of any hotel. From the front door to their room and everywhere in between, the cleanliness of a hotel is the main factor in the quality of our guests stay. We want that stay to be exceptional, which is why we need an exceptional team!

• You display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all time
• Guest privacy is an utmost concern of yours
• You are well organized to maintain multiple logs, checklist, inventories as scheduled
• You have a willingness to develop management skills in yourself and your team

Your Daily Tasks Include

• Assist in monitoring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
• Keep accurate records of guest loaned items like roll away beds and cribs
• Report any need for more intensive cleaning in any area or any maintenance needs
• Maintain team members agendas, schedules, and sign in sheets
• Assist the laundry department as needed

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper reports to the Executive Housekeeper while helping oversee the rest of the Housekeeping team.

Housekeeping duties can be physically demanding. Please know that you will spend most of your shift on your feet standing, climbing, walking, and kneeling. You will often need to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, this is not the job for you.
